The Esling Family.

Sophia Esling, daughter of John Esling and Sophia Chinnery was my grandmother's grandmother. She was born in Felsham and the registers have some information about her brothers and sisters, but very little earlier history. There are two other groups of records, some relating to an Isaac Esling married in Felsham in 1805 who could have been Sophia's uncle and the other relating to a William Esling whose children were baptised in Great Saxham in the 1620s. Further research is needed to develop this history.
